A workshop with Jasmin Scepanik & Corinne Cavenaghi
SPECIAL VENUE @ Somatische Akademie
| | Kreuzberg – Berlin
In spring, we see plant life starting to push upwards, eventually growing tall into trees.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the season is represented by the Wood element and associated with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. What are the qualities and emotions of the Wood element? Where are the Liver and Gallbladder pathways in our body? Are there any TCM food recommendations to help us moving into spring?
Letʼs explore these topics in a lecture followed by a yin yoga practice focusing on the Liver and Gallbladder.
