A workshop with Jasmin Scepanik & Corinne Cavenaghi
In Autum, we see plant life starting to push downwards, eventually starting to loose their leaves.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the season is represented by the Metal element and associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine meridians. What are the qualities and emotions of the Metal element? Where are the Lungs and Large Intestine pathways in our body? Are there any TCM food recommendations to help us moving into autumn?
Letʼs explore these topics in a lecture followed by a yin yoga practice focusing on the Lungs and Large Intestine.
