A workshop per each season and we get started with Spring.
In spring, we see plant life starting to push upwards, eventually growing tall into trees.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the season is represented by the Wood element and associated with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians.
What are the qualities and emotions of the Wood element? Where are the Liver and Gallbladder pathways in our body? Are there any TCM food recommendations to help us moving into spring?
Letʼs explore these topics in a lecture with practical recommendations on the Liver and Gallbladder.
Spots are limited. Advance registration very strongly recommended!
