What does TUINA ANMO means?
TUI means “push” with your hands,
TA means “grab” with your hand,
AN means “press”,
MO means “rub”.
Those are some of the techniques that can be applied during a treatment.
TUINA ANMO is one of the ancient healing arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
